Job Descriptions- Provide expert consultation and personalized recommendations to prospective customers interested in our projects.
- Conduct engaging on-site visits and project tours, showcasing property details effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Actively participate in various sales and marketing activities as directed by the company.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Commit to a six-day work week with flexibility to work at assigned project locations.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong passion for sales and customer service.
- Good English communication skills, spoken and written; TOEIC 650+ will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 0-1 year of experience in sales or service-oriented roles.
- Prior experience in residential property sales (houses or condominiums) is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in standard computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work six days per week and willingness to be based at designated project sites.
