Job Descriptions
Overview: Ensure project completion with good quality, within the timeframe, within the financial budget and while achieving customer satisfaction through the means of effective communication and organization. Contribute in the team process of resource management, risk management and change management. •Communicate and coordinate internally and externally to ensure project completion with quality and timeliness. •Conduct a research with an aim of understanding the client and their business needs, in order to translate their needs into workable and deliverable requirements. •Closely monitor the project progress, identify the areas that might cause delays or quality issues. •Provide performance reports to the clients as agreed. •Seek external resources as needed in order to complete the assigned tasks. •Plan & manage team resources to ensure meeting defined team productivity targets •Work on requirements provided by senior management whenever required. •Ensure that the EQHO and relevant ISO standards are adhered to.
Qualifications
  1. Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills
  2. Business orientation, customer-focused approach (external & internal)
  3. Good organization and able to prioritize
  4. Team player
  5. Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  6. Research and strategic analysis skills
  7. Negotiation skill
  8. good written and spoken English
  9. Advanced PC skills (Windows, Office/GSuite).
  10. Good understanding of business principles and processes
  11. Knowledge of social media and its performance indicators
  12. Basic knowledge of the website development life cycle and processes.
  13. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
