Job Descriptions
Responsible to provide Quality Engineering support for the manufacturing plant, Focusing on Chemical testing and In-process testing by utilizing chemical and/or engineering knowledge to ensure the test are followed with work procedure and compile with QMS and international/industry standard. - Designs and/or develops forms, work instructions and method for testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields for chemical and product quality inspection. - Directs workers engaged in chemical incoming, leachable test and/or QC mechanical test such as but not limited to contact angle and hardness test. - Ensure Lab equipment/instrument calibration and maintenance are maintained as plan. - Trend and feedback of monitoring data to relevant sections and drive for investigation and action as necessary. - In-charge of the QC document and records control and lifecycle of the documents. - Work with local and global team to support the development and qualify new materials and/or new design. - Execute and track the status of the project as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Science.
  2. 0 – 2 years experience in checmical analysis.
  3. Be able to operate analysis instrument such as but not limited to HPLC, FTIR, UV/Vis spectrometer and GCMS.
  4. Be able to lead constructive debate about product quality with co-workers.
  5. Good command in English
