Job Descriptions
- To Maintain existing equipment for high accuracy performance and manage to best machine / Spare part control planing.
- To improve the efficiency of production machines or equipment
- To perform measurement equipment validation.
- To complete preventive maintenace schedule for production equipment.
- Maintain machine running ratio with proper maintance frequency and spare parts planing.
- Conducting periodic maintenance checks, planing equipment upgrades and machine modifications, indentifying faullts.
- Investigating equipment breakdowns and monitoring the performance ot equipment after repair have been carried out.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, trouble shooting and minor repair with necessary spare parts preparation.
- Provide technical advice to the team members when required.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance related documents are updateed and correctly captured.
- Assit production suppervisor/ Leader in achieving PM tasks periodically requirements.
- Maintained proper counts and complete maintenance records correctly. Report all abnormalities found during periodically maintenance.
- Monitor and keep up records of spare parts and update the status to supervisor.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument Engineering or relevant qualifications.
- 1-5 years work experience in maintenance and preventive maintainance machine.
- Excellence communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has the CNC Lathe or CNC Milling machine or similar kind of CNC machine operation experience in the factory or college.
- Knowledge of CNC and PLC programming will be added advantages
- Readable and understand the technical files
- Good command in English
