Report to the Senior HR Manager and Sr. Human Resources Director; the incumbent must have good knowledge of OD/HRD tools, e.g., job description, competency & gap analysis, skills development, performance management, career development, and be able to identify and analyze current and future development needs of the organization. He/she must be able to design a training roadmap and develop projects related to People Learning and Development, such as Leadership Programs for Managers and Supervisors, Productivity Improvement Programs, Knowledge & Skills Development for employees at all levels and groups, Knowledge Management, Individual Development Plans, etc. His/her key roles are to enhance employees’ capabilities and ensure that all staff is trained to perform good behaviors and have the appropriate skills and knowledge to fulfill business objectives. He/she must be competent to set up the training standards, policies and strategies, annual training plan and budget and be able to develop and implement the OD and training programs, executive induction, employee orientation, on-the-job training, and all people development activities that lead to the accomplishment of the Company business goals. He/she is required to evaluate all the OD and people development programs and effectively control the allocated training budget and budget utilization. To support the organization's business objectives, the incumbent will act as a team leader and facilitator in developing and implementing HR communication plans to communicate the Company's HR updates to all personnel.

Qualifications

Good personality
BA. Majoring in Business Administration, Political Science, or any related field; MA. or MBA. in Human Resources Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred
At least 7 yrs.’ direct experience in training/learning management, min. 2 yrs. in a supervisory level with at least one year as a manager
Possess in-depth knowledge in HRD, KPI, and Competency-Based Training; familiarized with ISO and productivity improvement tools
Possess some years of experience in developing and/or implementing OD projects is a plus
Well-organized, dedicated and committed to targeting with an excellent service mind
Strong interpersonal skills; excellent in presentation and communication with staff at all levels
Able to be an internal instructor and course/project facilitator
Good command of English with solid skills in using social media for work
Specializing in using MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint, Email, and Internet, the ability to use graphic programs to create effective and modern training materials/documents will be an advantage.
