Job Descriptions
- Survey land and site
- Develop project feasibility, project plan and budget plan
- Coordinate with Construction companies
- Develop design with designer and verify the design to comply with regulations
- Submit EIA and related licenses
- Manage project plan on time and coordinate to designer and constructor.
- Ensure the completion of construction and design ready to transfer
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture
- 2-15 year's experience
- Direct experiences from Developers is a plus
- Proficiency in design, project management skill, communication skill, coordination skill
- Proficiency in Auto Cad , Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch up and relevant graphic programs.
- 5 working days
