Job Descriptions
- Training
- Prepare and develop training courses for employees of the company.
- Prepare media, video clips, documents, evaluation forms for training.
- Prepare media, video clips, documents, evaluation forms for training.
- Make an annual training plan.
- Coordinate training.
- Prepare annual training budget.
- Follow up employees who have not attended the training as planned to complete the training.
- Save training history.
- Prepare and submit certification of courses and training expenses for employees in the workplace (Inside/External) - Update JD.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Graduated bachelor's degree or above, human resources major is preferred
- At least 3 years experience in related job.
- Good at communication and negotiation, Fluent in Chinese language
- With ability to work independently and have a strong sense of teamwork
- Familiarly working in manufacturing environment.
