Job Descriptions
POSITION : Client Service Relations
WORK PLACE : PALA Residence Service Apartment at Thonglor Soi 25 (Soi Prompak)
** Able to work in shifts only**
SALARY : 17,000-22,000/month (negotiable according skills and experiences)
ALLOWANCE : 2,000/month

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Welcome customers and provide information about PALA Residence Apartment
- Coordinate with departments to issue documents and solve operational issues
- Oversee the wellbeing of residents with kindness
- Execute documents such as purchasing order sheets, basic of accounting sheets, inventory sheets etc.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance between residents and staffs
- Reserve and plan the schedule for apartment’s shuttle service
- Sort residents’ parcels
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Keep a tidy and orderly workplace
Qualifications
- Male/Female (with no condition in military conscription)
- age from 24-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree or over in Liberal Arts, Humanities, English, Business management or any relative field / New graduates are welcome.
- Good command in English (proficiency in Japanese language will be highly considered)
- Good interpersonal skill and have good service mind
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in Customer service, Apartment or Hotel management service , Retail business , Airline service are a plus
- Able to work in shifts only**
- Kind personality with clean and neat appearance
- Professional attitude and appearance.
