Job Descriptions
1. Re-check daily/weekly/monthly production report. 2. Organize workflow to smooth production running. 3. Oversee and coach leader or/and staff to work in each section. 4. Co-ordinate with another department to complete tasks. 5. Ensure the safe use of equipment and machine during use in production. 6. Check production output (yield) according to specifications. 7. Revise/issue quality system document and submit to QA section. 8. Oversee and coach leader or/and staff to improve production efficiency. 9. OJT new staff about how to operate machine or run production follow GMP, HACCP. 10. Re-check leader and clerk tasks. 11. Organize daily manpower for production.
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female
  2. Age not over 40 Years.
  3. Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related fields.
  4. At least 5-8 years working experience in food Industry.
  5. Good command of written and spoken English.
  6. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, Halal, FSSC22000 and BRC.
  7. Can go to work by self (with travel expenses).
