Job Descriptions
-บันทึกรายการตั้งหนี้เจ้าหนี้/ค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ
-บันทึกรายการรับเงิน / จ่ายเงินต่างประเทศ
-บันทึกค่าขนส่งออก (export shipping clearing invoice)
-บันทึก Journal entry รวมถึงรายการปรับปรุงต่างๆ
-บันทึกรายการสินทรัพย์ (fixed assets) รวมถึงคำนวณค่าเสื่อมราคา
-ตรวจสอบเอกสารการจ่ายเงินในประเทศ
-ดูแลเงินสดย่อย
-รีวิวรายงานภาษีซื้อ ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และยื่นแบบในระบบสรรพากร
-รีวิวรายการค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการบันทึกบัญชีถูกต้องตามหลักการบัญชี
-กระทบยอดบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคาร
-ตรวจสอบ และ กระทบยอดขาย รวมถึงคำนวณค่าสิทธิในแต่ละเดือน
-กระทบยอดรายการคงเหลือในงบดุล
-ให้คำปรึกษา และข้อแนะนำทางบัญชีให้กับทีมแผนกบัญชี
-งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- A minimum of 5 years working in manufacturing environment, experience in Senior level is desired
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience in ERP, Infor Syteline experience is desired
- Knowledge of tax deductions and value-added tax
