Responsibilities: -Responsible for property listing, delivery, and maintenance -Responsible for third-party service quality management -Responsible for guest experience and emergency response after arrival -Work hand in hand with the operations and Customer Service teams to support the client. -Carry out additional and ad hoc operational duties as required. -Responsible for decoration interior design and photography.

Qualifications

1+ years of work experience or Fresh Graduate also welcome
Native-level Thai communication skills
Proficient in English conversation (Chinese is a plus)
Comfortable with using Excel, Google Docs, and other tools to enhance overall management efficiency
Experience in interior design, photography
Previous experience in the real estate industry
Bachelor's degree in any fields
Positive Thinking, can work under pressure and flexible
