Job Descriptions
-ดูแลการสรรหา คัดเลือกและว่าจ้างบุคลากร -จัดทำประวัติทะเบียนพนักงาน -จัดทำข้อมูล Time Attendence -บันทึกข้อมูล ขาด ลา มา สาย พนักงาน -ทำสถิติ การเข้างาน และ ออกงาน -ประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก -ทำเอกสารเบิกจ่ายต่างๆ -ดูแลการเบิกจ่าย ยูนิฟอร์ม -ดูแลเอกสาร visa /work permit -วางแผนการอบรมพนักงานประจำปี -แจ้งเข้าแจ้งออกประกันสัคม -ทำข้อมูล Payroll -ดูแลสวัสดิการบุคลากร -งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. สัญชาติไทย ชาย / หญิง อายุ 25-32 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานทรัพยากรบุคคลอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  4. มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก ความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และทนต่อเเรงกดดันได้
  5. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและประสานงานได้ดี
  6. มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมMicrosoft office
  7. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และวิเคราะห์แก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
  8. รักการเรียนรู้และพัฒนา
  9. เป็นบุคคลที่มีมนุษย์ สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  10. หากได้ภาษาอังกฤษจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  11. สามารถเดินทางไปดูแต่ละสาขาได้
