Job Descriptions
1. ควบคุมดูแลการเอกสารต่างๆ ในแผนกเข้าแฟ้มให้มีความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย
2. ติดต่อประสานงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในหน่วยงานและนอกหน่วยงาน
3. รวบรวมเอกสารและจัดทำรายงานให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชา
4. ควบคุมดูแล, จัดเก็บ, แจกจ่ายและเรียกคืนเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. ให้ความร่วมมือเกี่ยวกับนโยบายของบริษัทฯ ด้านระบบคุณภาพอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานธุรการ 1-2 ปี
- มีความรู้และสามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Officeได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพอใช้ขึ้นไป
- รู้จักวางแผนเรื่องเวลา ละเอียดรอบคอบ มีไหวพริบ รับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ อดทนต่อแรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีความรู้เรื่องระบบ ISO 9001 : 2015 / ISO 14001 : 2015 / ISO 45001 : 2018
