Job Descriptions

-Developing and Managing Modern trade Accounts -Achieve agreed sales volume and control of expenses -Deliver sales & financial target for volume / revenue / budget to reach yearly goals -Implement and recommend sales strategies and plans, monthly, quarterly and yearly. -Drive channel and customer strategy leveraging shopper insight, initiate marketing promotion, marketing information, and trend to capture new opportunities -Identify key channel priorities and work with cross functional group in order to increase sales growth and opportunities. -Develop and maintain strong relationship with stakeholder. -Maximize customer service and take any necessary action to maintain same including the satisfaction of any customer complaints. -Management of the sales administration (credit, delivery co-ordination, cash, commissions and report writing) -Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate sales performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related field.
2-3 years working experience or more in sales / key account management in Modern Trade Sales/ Hypermarket channel (i.e.,BigC, Lotus, Tops, Watsons, Eve and Boy, Boots, etc.) is a must
Keen on Skincare/Cosmetics or FMCG Category
Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Good in Thai and English
Good strategic planning, analytical, management and proactive.
Fluent in Computer Skill
