Job Descriptions
- Daisy 5S and line discipline execution.
- Output and quality follow up as daily basis.
- Shift employs attendance and performance monitoring and coach these people if needed.
- Communicate and assist in the resolution of part shortages or the expedition of product.
- Evaluate, monitor, and react to personnel allocation in the Factory including the use of overtime in conjunction with production needs.
- Monitor and prioritize aging material orders.
- Supervise the Production/Manufacturing Operators / Leaders.
- Determine and communicate the direction relative to housekeeping and safety practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree related field.
- 2+ years working experience in production/manufacturing environment, preferably in Electronics manufacturing.
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills in Thai, basic English communicate skill.
- Good DL people management and coach skill.
