Distribution Service Executive (Motor Insurance)
The incumbents handle motor policies for the top ten brokers using API and RPA processes, work closely with brokers, maintain relationships with them, and collaborate with technical RPA for cases where there are discrepancies and make sure that policies are issued within the agreed timeframe (SLA).
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in insurance business
- Knowledgeable in motor policy
- Good at Microsoft Office, sepecially Excel
- Well organized (effectively managing tasks, being oganized, meeting deadlines and paying attention to detail)
- Flexible to work overtime
- Experience in using the AS400 system is an advantage
