Job Descriptions

• To responsible day to day operation of inbound, outbound call and chat through various channel (phone, email, and chat) and expected result are as following • Ensure calls and chats are answered within committed service levels • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives • Inquiries are addressed efficiently • Request are completed with ease • Complaints are resolved swiftly • Coordinate with internal team on escalated customer complaints and other issues • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities. • Complete other tasks assigned by line Managers • Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Manager

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field
experience in customer center is the MUST
Excellent communication of spoken and written English and Thai along active listening
Responsible and able to work under pressure
Self-driven, have growth and flexible mindset to work in fast paced environment
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Able to interview in English
