Job Descriptions
1.กำกับดูแลการรับสินค้าเข้า ดูแลจัดการรับวัตถุดิบและวัสดุบรรจุให้มีความถูกต้องตามใบส่งสินค้าและใบสั่งซื้อ 2.ดูแลการจ่ายวัตถุดิบ และวัสดุบรรจุให้เป็นไปตามแผนผลิตและทันกับความต้องการใช้ของฝ่ายผลิต 3.กำกับดูแลสถานะคลังสินค้าดำเนินการจัดทำรายการต่างๆของคลังสินค้าในระบบ ERP ให้มีความถูกต้องและดูแลการรักษาความสะอาดของสถานที่ และจัดให้มีป้ายบ่งชี้ต่างๆในคลังสินค้าให้สอดคล้องกับหลักเกณฑ์ GMP และ GDP 4.บริหารพื้นที่ในการจัดเก็บสินค้าให้สอดคล้องตามหลักเกณฑ์ GMP และ GDP 5.จัดทำเอกสารใบส่งสินค้าสำเร็จรูป และประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อจองรถให้มารับสินค้าสำเร็จรูป 7.จัดเตรียมเอกสารและปรับปรุงให้ถูกต้องเป็นปัจจุบัน โดยให้สอดคล้องกับกระบวนการทำงานในคลังสินค้า และให้ความร่วมมือในการตรวจติดตามคุณภาพต่างๆมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัท
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ บริหารธุรกิจ , วิทยาศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. อายุ 35-45 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้าในอุตสาหกรรมยา หรือ อาหารอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี***
  4. มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในมาตรฐาน GMP, GDP และระบบคุณภาพ
  5. มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และผ่านการใช้ระบบ ERP
  6. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี***
