Job Descriptions
-Coordinate and oversee the development plan of the group's products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and safety regulations. -Control product prices according to standards and evaluate material prices for maximum benefits. -Conduct projects review and kick-off meetings, ensuring all necessary requirements are addressed. -Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and comply with legal safety requirements for component parts. -Coordinate with subcontractors, considering the company's interests, to achieve project goals. -Create and modify coordination of marketing requirements and customer needs. -Ensure compliance with IATF16949 quality management systems. -Supervise and provide guidance to subordinate technicians, as required.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in project management and research and development.
  3. Strong technical skills and knowledge in product development.
  4. Familiarity with safety regulations and certification processes.
  5. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to work within specified timelines.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  8. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Knowledge of IATF16949 quality management systems is preferred.
