Job Descriptions

•Initiate action plan within area of responsibility and handle all activities related to import-export process. •To conduct process to ensure that raw materials or machines information is matching with import entry declaration and comply with BOI approved material and machine master list. •Follow up BOI regulation and manage all benefits from BOI, Report & submit documents to BOI. •Control import-export schedule to ensure both the Company and customers can get the products on time. •Process documents with concerned people internally and externally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields.
3 years of experience in BOI and import-export function.
Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
