Job Descriptions
• Project Management and software system development • Responsible for team management with Agile and Waterfall methodology • Define project scope (Both MVP, and Full scope).Develop project plan, prioritize backlog, manage, and supervise team to ensure project delivery according to the project plan • Prioritize projects, and define project deadlines • Support, fix, and maintain systems in a timely manner • Manage and responsible multiple projects at the same time • Oversee and fine-tune to better overall team performance • Track project progress and identify project risk • Be a problem solver and create solution for the team and organization
Qualifications
  1. Age preferably 35-45 years
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant subjects.
  3. Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in software development
  4. Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in team management
  5. Knowledgeable in e-commerce/legacy system
  6. Familiar with API, Database
  7. Strong leadership skill with decisive mindset
  8. Data analyzing skill, fast learner
  9. Problem solving skill, and ability to work under pressure
