Job Descriptions

1. Coordination with freight forwarder and shipping company for import and export shipment tracking. 2. Coordinate with warehouse for loading-unloading of import-export shipments. 3. Container booking with freight forwarder company. 4. 4. Issue invoice and packing list, prepare Form AI, Form D, Export Entry, Import-Entry according to customer request. 5.Contact with government in concerned with import- export. 6. Collected and checked all documents required by customer before sending to Maruti Suzuki India. 9. Prepare Local Content for Form AI, Form D and Form JTEPPA by coordinating with local supplier.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in logistics or related
0 – 2 years of working experiences in logistics role
Good Interpersonal, teamwork and able to deal with priority and task management
Proficiency with MS Office required
Good reading and writing in English.
