Job Descriptions
1.Payroll Management: •Process and oversee the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees. •Maintain employee payroll records, including salaries, deductions, and taxes. •Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll-related accounts and resolve any problems. •Stay updated on payroll regulations, tax laws, SSO and other legal requirements to ensure compliance. •Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues. 2.Compensation and Benefits Administration: •Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, fair, and aligned with organizational goals. •Conduct job evaluations, market research, and salary surveys to determine appropriate compensation levels. •Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare benefits. •Collaborate with external vendors and benefits providers to ensure smooth program administration and resolve employee inquiries. •Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance compensation and benefits offerings. 3.Attendance and Leave Management: •Develop and implement policies and procedures for attendance tracking, including time recording systems. •Monitor employee attendance records, address any patterns of absence, and collaborate with managers to resolve attendance issues. •Administer and oversee employee leave programs, including vacation, sick leave, and other time-off requests. •Ensure compliance with leave policies, legal requirements, and collective bargaining agreements. •Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and balances. 4.Data Analysis and Reporting: •Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to payroll, compensation, benefits, attendance, and leave. •Prepare reports and presentations for management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3 - 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits with a focus on end-to-end payroll process.
  3. Strong knowledge in HRM.
  4. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to payroll and HR practices.
  5. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, with strong data analysis and reporting skills
  6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll and HR data
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  10. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  11. Fluent in English both writing and speaking
  12. Chinese language is a plus
