Job Descriptions
1. วางแผนนโยบายส่งเสริมการขาย 2. บริหารทีมขายและขยายธุรกิจเพื่อให้ได้ยอดขายตามเป้าหมาย 3. สร้างทีมเวิร์ค/พัฒนาประสิทธิภาพของทีม 4. ทำกลยุทธ์การขายกับผู้บริหารระดับสูงและประสานงานกับช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น Hub KD KA OPT 5. เข้าหาลูกค้าใหม่ / ที่มีอยู่ 6. จัดการทีมขายในแง่ของประสิทธิภาพของทีมและ KPI ของแต่ละบุคคล 7. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บริหารมอบหมาย 8. สามารถทำงานประจำที่ต่างจังหวัดได้ 9. ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ พื้นที่ที่ดูแล ดังนี้ 1. เชียงใหม่ แม่ฮ่องสอน ลำพูน ลำปาง
Qualifications
  1. จบการปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  2. ทุกเพศ อายุ 25-35 ปี
  3. มีภาวะเป็นผู้นำและทักษะด้านบริหารทีม รักงานบริการงานขาย
  4. มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office
  5. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายโทรศัพท์มือถือ และดูแลลูกค้าเจ้าใหญ่อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  7. สามารถทำงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้ดี
  8. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี มีความซื่อสัตย์ รับผิดชอบ
  9. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ&จีนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
