Job Descriptions
- กำหนดกลยุทธ์การขาย และแผนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย - ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย เพื่อสนับสนุนทีมงานขายและคู่ค้าในแต่ละช่องทางการขาย - วิเคราะห์กำไร-ขาดทุน การจัดรายการ ในช่องทางโมเดิร์นเทรด MT และร้านค้า TT - รวบรวมข้อมูลเพิ่อวิเคราะห์การขาย การกระจายสินค้า ราคา และรายการส่งเสริมการขายของผลิตภัณฑ์กลุ่มเดียวกันในท้องตลาด - ติดตามและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น ผู้ผลิตโฆษณา/POP สื่อส่งเสริมการขายให้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ และเป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่วางไว้ ติดตาม และประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย - เสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงการจัดกิจกรรมให้กับทีมงานขายและคู่ค้า เตรียมข้อมูลสำหรับการประชุมประจำเดือน
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. อายุ 24 - 35 ปี
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีสาขาสถิติประยุกต์ เศรษฐศาสตร์ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Trade Marketing อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  5. มีความกระตือรือร้น รับผิดชอบสูง
  6. ติดตามงาน และส่งมอบงานภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
  7. มีภาวะเป็นผู้นำ และมีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
  8. มีทักษะการคำนวณ และการวิเคราะห์สูง
  9. มีทักษะการใช้เครื่องมือในการ Pivot ข้อมูล และจัดทำรายงานในการนำเสนอผู้บริหารได้เป็นอย่างดี
