Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:- 1. Performs maintenance, repair or overhaul of aerospace components, assemblies, or systems. 2. Perform repair such as assembly, balancing, cleaning/preparation, hand finishing, machining, painting and sheet metal work within TAT and business goals. 3. Preparing and performing work such as assembly, balancing, cleaning/preparation, hand finishing, machining, painting and sheet metal work of aerospace per approved & controlled technical data and documents. 4. Must follow and maintain all regulations from aviation authorities (eg FAA, EASA, CAAC and CAAT).Follow policies, safety and quality instructions. 5. Possess basic knowledge of the company's ERP system and be able to operate job relevant ERP system operations. 6. Perform basic preventative maintenance and upkeep of all equipment. 7. Perform administrative functions as needed to complete work and ensure proper and efficient operations. 8. Support continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, delivery and cost. 9. Support lean and other productivity measures to hit cost targets. 10. Performs other required tasks as assigned by the employer. 11.* Perform basic repair and machining operations using tools and equipment such as inspection, measurement and testing tools, common or specialized tools and equipment (air or hand tools), fixtures, cleaning products and tools and chemicals. Qualifications: * Hight Vocational or Diploma. * A background or relevant training or experience in a machine shop or production. * Basic computer literacy and skills with business software (Excel and Word). * Must be self-motivated, organized and have good attention to detail. * Able to read, interpret and understand drawings, maintenance manuals, process sheet or other approved technical data and/or specifications . * Reasonable English language skills (reading/spoken/written). * Attend training as required and learn the skills necessary to perform the job. * Should be able to work under pressure.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma or Vocational.
  2. Have experience in a production or machine shop.
  3. Ability to use general office software (Excel, Word)
  4. Can do overtime or night shift.
  5. Must be self-motivated, organized and have good attention to detail.
  6. Good in teamwork.
  7. Good communication and coordination.
