Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจรับสินค้าและ Invoice ที่ Supplier ส่งตามรอบ PO รวมถึงสินค้ารับ เข้าระบบ SAP 2.ตรวจสอบรับผิดชอบการปฏิบัติงานด้านการจัดเก็บ-เบิก-จ่าย และการควบคุมStock 3.ตรวจสอบเอกสาร(ใบเบิก) ตามจำนวนการเบิกของหน่วยงานที่ขอเบิก / ตรวจเช็คสต๊อกสินค้าคงคลังให้ตรงตามระบบ 4.ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 5.มีส่วนร่วมในระบบมาตรฐาน (ISO) หรือข้อกำหนดมาตรฐานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามนโยบายบริษัท
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาโลจิสติกส์/ บริหารธุรกิจ / การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office เช่น Word , Excel , Power Point ได้ในระดับดี
  3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม SAP ได้
  4. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี / มีทักษะการสื่อสารได้ดี / ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
  5. สามารถเข้ากะได้
