Job Descriptions
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการประเมินและคัดเลือกSuppiler - จัดหาและคัดเลือก Suppiler ที่เชื่อถือได้ทั้งภายในประเทศ - เปรียบเทียบราคาในการยื่นใบสั่งซื้อเพื่อขออนุมัติจากผู้จัดการ - จัดทำรายละเอียดในใบขอซื้อ PR เพื่อส่งขอใบเสนอราคาจาก Suppiler - ติดตามเอกสาร Invoice และใบเสร็จรับเงินจาก WH - รับใบแจ้งหนี้และป้อนข้อมูลลงในบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และ ระบบ ERP - ประสานงานกับ Suppiler และ WH แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการจัดซื้อ
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี, การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการจัดซื้อ และ ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
  4. มีความรู้ด้าน เอกสาร ใบกำกับภาษี, หัก ณ ที่จ่าย, กาารวางบิล, ใบเสนอราคา อื่นๆ
  5. มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม U9. ERP ได้ พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้ออย่างน้อย 0-1 ปีขึ้นไป
  7. มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  8. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและจีนได้พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้และมีใบขับขี่
  10. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  11. สะดวกในการเดินทาง (บริษัทไม่มีรถรับส่ง)
  12. พร้อมเริ่มงานทันที พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
