Responsibilities A self-starter with strong business understanding and project management skills who is looking for the opportunity to be part of the drive to grow a construction chemical business at the“ringside seat”. The candidate is expected to be a resourceful and proactive driver of progress, with the ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment in order to help manage and support special projects. Candidate will report to this CEO (profile - https://www.linkedin.com/in/punsa) -Identify market focus and propose products to customers. -Follow up on proposals and projects -Manage and maintain daily professional appointments and schedule. -Review and prioritize incoming documents. -Preparing minute meetings, meeting notes, support materials, drafts of letter and presentations. -Organize timeline, work detail and consistency across all team. -Monitor and follow up on performance of business activities of interest to ensure all programs are delivered to on time. -Be a focal point in consolidating reports, presentations etc. -Perform other duties or ad-hoc duties as being assigned.
