Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to lead efforts in acquiring new partners and customers for our products and services. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-value strategic partners and customer relationships.
As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing a pipeline of strategic partnerships and B2B customer acquisition opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies that drive revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners and B2B customers to drive revenue growth.
•Develop and implement partnership and B2B customer strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
•Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure with partners and customers.
•Establish strong, long-term relationships with key partners and decision-makers.
•Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure value creation for all parties.
•Monitor and report on partnership performance against KPIs, especially revenue targets.
•Collaborate with internal teams to develop co-marketing and solution initiatives.
•Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
•Optimize the partner acquisition process based on performance metrics and feedback.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
•Revenue Generated through partners and direct customer acquisition
•Number of new strategic partnerships closed
•Customer acquisition conversion rate
•Pipeline growth and deal velocity
•Partner and customer retention rate
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of partnership structures, sales cycles, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to analyze metrics and use data to inform decisions.
- A passion for and in-depth knowledge of horoscopes are considered an advantage.
