Job Descriptions

-Ensuring customer demands integration -Update and analyze the customer forecast, weekly requirement and load customer to QAD system -Establish production plan for management according to customer (short term plan or recovery plan if required) -Sharing production plan in leveling meeting and summarize critical or obstruct issue which is impacted to productivity -Establish long term production plan in order to provide data for better manufacturing and release & follow-up management -Ensure inventory control of finish goods, consider balance in / out new program launches / customer down days/shutdown -Daily customer interface and manage the master production scheduling and daily follow up -Management of critical delivery situation with customer, manufacturing and release & follow-up -Perform cycle count, monitor the variance on hand and resolve -Support logistical of material under the area of shipping operation, in-house material handling operation, and warehouse -Analyze and dispute customer delivery rates -Analyze & dispute customer debit notes related with delivery issues

Qualifications

Male or Female, Age over 30 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering,Industrial, Materials or related engineering fields.
Direct experience in manufacturing, systematic thinking and able to supervise subordinate team.
Ability to provide training and Strong leadership abilities.
Data Analytics skill is preferred.
Superb analytical and critical thinking skills.
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamic Ax and Advance in Excel.
Good command in English.
