Job Descriptions

1. Develop BA Performance to reach the Sale target, Plan, 2. Control Overtime, Maintain daily sales targets. 3. Sufficient manpower coverage, Motivate, evaluate and retain a dynamic and effective BA Team with good integrity and team spirit. 4. Provide data to Dingtalk for duty roster, OT, competitors information feedback market situation. 5. Drive continuous improvements in the store sales, productivity and profitability. 6. Daily, Weekly, and monthly action plan to deliver the expected sales results. 7. Perform&supervise store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process follows company SOP. 8. Work with the BA to manage inventory and minimize stock loss. 9. Lead the store morning meeting to ensure accurate and consistent communication to BA Konvy. 10. Improve BA morale leading to a positive and dynamic working attitude.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Have leadership skills, Excellent communication skills.
Minimum 3–5-year experience in managing a team of no less than 6 members.
Excellent problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills.
Background in the cosmetic industry, Knowledge of store operation management. (is adventage)
Strong customer service mindset, Good analytical skills.
Good communication in both Thai/English (listening, speaking, writing) and interpersonal skills.
Working hour 6 Days a week and 1 Day off. (25 Days working and 5 Days off a month)
