Job Descriptions

- Conducting legal research, analyzing and summarizing those information - Drafting and reviewing legal documents, e.g., agreements, memorandum of understanding, power of attorney, etc. - Legal documentation and activities, e.g. internal records and filings, making reports, training, deadline monitoring, etc. - Coordinating with internal and external sectors related to legal and company registration matters. - Assisting and supporting on other legal works or businesses transitions as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Laws
At least 2-3 years of experiences in legal field from in-house company, having experiences in international law firm or in-house legal function.
Good command of English and Thai (Especially speaking and writing)
Competent level of skills in Microsoft Office /O365, Research, offhand problem solving
