Job Descriptions
-Motivate and strategize how the team will meet efficiency, productivity, and consistency targets. -Ensure that agency is performing its duties and responsibilities. -Be a consultant within the Agent level team. -Participate in job interviews to select employees. -Control KPIs of employees in the team in terms of quantity and quality. -Team Coaching Skills. -Take care of the overall picture of the Manpower management team of 30-40 people/work shifts. -Attend meetings with customers. -As an intermediary coordinating within the organization. -Make report and present employee performance.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  2. At least 1 years of working experience in leading and managing Contact Center/Call Center team
  3. Ability to motivate teams and rally the group toward organizational goals.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Passion for learning and creative problem-solving.
  6. Ability to manage tasks simultaneously.
  7. Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  8. Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team adding a positive attitude and business focus.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  10. Ability to communicate throughout all management levels.
  11. Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure.
