Job Descriptions
- ตอบข้อซักถามลูกค้าผ่านทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมล์
- ตอบคำถามที่เกี่ยวกับประกันสุขภาพ ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการต่างๆของบริษัทฯ
- ช่วยลูกค้าแก้ไขปัญหา
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ติดตามผล และสื่อสารกับลูกค้าถึงความคืบหน้า
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ Call Center 2-3 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขาวิชา
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี รักการบริการ
