•Identify and Create Succession plan, Career path, Training Road map, IDP and Skill certify.
•Keep up-to-date training related policies and to comply with training from Department Skill Development.
•Training Need Survey for annual Training plan and budget.
•Analysis effective of training program and improvement to future training initiatives.
•Monitor annual budget expenses, selecting institutions, evaluating training and program implement.
•Serves as subject matter expert and strategic consultant related to development program, core competency, leadership development, executive development, functional competency or 360- degree evaluation, etc. to line manager or management team.
