-Forecast yearly budget of HR dept.
-Perform KPI (Action plan) of HR dept. conform to yearly policy
-Manage Payroll system (B-plus), PND1
-Calculation of tax instead for Japanese
-Manage training and evaluation process
-Manage recruiting process
-Maintain of relationship between employee and company
-Maintain Employee’s compensation and benefit
-Development and implementing HR policies, company’s rules and regulations
-Perform and support HR activities
-Handle BOI privilege
-Support other assignment from top management (GM and President)
2.GA Task
-Interpret/translate between Thai and Japanese for some meeting, document, e-mail
-Support Japanese in Thai and visitor
-Control issuing or renewal of various company license and certificate
-Manage issuing and renewal of Visa and work permit for Japanese (perform by subordinate)
-Manage of IT Task such as server, network, Antivirus etc.(support by IT provider)
-Maintain all facilities
-Other task
3.ISO
-Control the activities of ISO9001, ISO14001 on plan as QMR,EMR to successfully complete the audit and renewal of ISO certificate
4.Safety Task
-Manage safety and environment management task (handle by safety officer)
