Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: • Maintain the day-to-day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical machine of the property, improving machine productivity and managing various maintenance & repair activities to ensure all machines operate smoothly. • Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned. • Schedule and complete the "Preventive Maintenance Program". • Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors. • Responds for emergency maintenance service as schedule. • Ensuring the availability and specification requirements of productive equipment and tooling. • Maintaining machine reliability by following and improving short and long term maintenance plans. • Being involved in maintenance planning and schedule definition, and ensuring its deployment. • Spare part control
Qualifications
  1. Have own transportation (Car/Motorcycle).
  2. Diploma Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.(B.A. in Engineer an advantage).
  3. At least 3 years’ experience in for maintenance function with manufacturing.
  4. Have knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic mechanical system will be preferred.
  5. Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
  6. Have a good knowledge of substation and PLC programming (Mitsubishi)
  7. Can work in Night shift, ability to work under pressure
  8. English: good to communicate.
