Job Descriptions
- Control the receiving - disbursement, storage, counting of products in the warehouse with the GWS system - Planning and managing stock of products according to the export plan and customer needs - Control the coordination of receiving-paying products to customers and agencies that relevant - Preparing stock reports End of the month summary - Supervise the process of receiving - paying, storing, counting the goods in the warehouse to enter GWS system - Coordinate with relevant departments both inside and outside the organization to The work is carried out in all respects. - Supervise the work within the warehouse throughout the system. - Manage supervision of subordinates - Manage subordinates' daily work plan - Other tasks as assigned by the commander, planning, arranging and organizing Keep products organized and efficient. - Other work as assigned by the company executives or departments Relevant
Qualifications
  1. Male
  2. Age between 30-35 years
  3. Education level Bachelor's degree
  4. Good experience in inventory, logistic, warehouse management level 3+ years
  5. Good skill management and good relationship
  6. Knowledge of ISO systems will be an advantage
  7. Good computer literate in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  8. Ability to work under pressure
  9. Proven leadership skills
  10. Able to work in shifts
  11. 3+ years of supervisory experience
  12. Must have never joined a trade union organization before
  13. good command of English (special consideration)
