Job Descriptions
1. Identifies training needs and training gaps in the organization in a close cooperation with the HR Manager and line managers.
2. Provides inputs to the Training Strategy and the development of specific training development plans.
3. Manage employee training files and records.
4. Optimizes the training portfolio as specialized targeted courses are offered to managers and employees
5. Cooperates with the external training vendors and delivers tailored training programs and courses.
6. Evaluates the quality of training courses and implements improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human resource Management Political Science ,other related fields
- 2-5 years experience of HRD especially training function
- Have Knowledge for ISO 9001 / 14001 / IATF16949 / ISO450001
- Make sure the training session and document are follow audit procedure
- Have Experience to set up JD and Competency
- Able to communicate in English
- Good attitude, Proactive, Analytic, Service mind, Problem-solving, Flexible, Teamwork and Ability to work under high pressure.
