Job Descriptions
Location: Sriracha, Chonburi
Working: Monday - Friday
Duties:
- Managing all CS functions (making quotation (Ocean/Air/Inland), get quotation from Subcontractor (①Ocean②Air③Inland),
- Support for Japanese and Thai Sales Manager for their customer(Find new sub, propose convenience scheme to customer and follow up daily operation)
- Solving problems with customer and Subcontractor.
- Increase customer’s satisfaction.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Qualifications
- Female (25 -35 years)
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- Working Experience over than 5 years in Customer Service (Sea) in Forwarding Company.
- Able to communicate in English language
- Good PC skills in English MS Office
