Job Descriptions
1.บริหารงานในภาพรวมของสาขา 2.บริหารและกระจายเป้าหมายในการขายแต่ละเดือนให้ทีมเข้าใจและปฎิบัติได้จริง 3.ทำยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดในแต่ละเดือน 4.วางแผนและควบคุมสินค้าภายในสาขา 5.ควบคุมและรักษามาตราฐานร้านและสินค้าและการบริการของพนักงาน 6.ควบคุมดูแลค่าใช้จ่ายประจำสาขาและบริหารค่าใช้จ่ายให้ได้ตามงบ 7.ตรวจสอบและติดตามงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 8.จัดการสินค้าภายในร้านให้เรียบร้อยเพียงพอต่อความต้องการของลูกค้า 9.ควบคุมและรายงานสินค้าคงเหลือภายในร้าน 10.ออกหายอดขาย
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 28 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
  3. มีประสบการณ์จากธุรกิจ ร้านหมูสด ไก่สด ค้าปลีก ค้าส่ง ขั้นต่ำ 2 ปี
  4. มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ มีความสามารถในการบริหารคน
  5. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ ล่วงเวลาได้
  6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน Microsoft office ได้ดี
  7. มีความสามารถด้านงานขาย
  8. ซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต มีบุคคลิกที่ดีประสานงานได้
  9. มีความตรงไปตรงมา มีวินัย มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก รอบคอบ
  10. มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว สามารถขับรถยนต์ มีใบขับขี่
  11. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
