Job Descriptions

To execute tasks with business process optimization are as follow; •Managed a project to jointly develop software robots for use in automated process workflows with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), including collaborative projects to develop tools and systems that enhance work efficiency. •Manage process analysis and establish new standards that are effective and highly efficient. •Manage the development of documents related to working processes, such as manuals, forms, and presentations. •Conduct analysis on data crucial for the development of working processes. •Effectively manage personal performance and that of subordinates to achieve targets according to team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). •Develop monthly and quarterly performance reports for presentation to the head of the department.

Qualifications

Graduated with a related major or from a related faculty, such as industrial engineering, business management and administration, science, etc.
1-3 years of working experience in the field of system development, process improvement, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
Able to work with strategic management.
Ability to always learn new things.
Passionate about computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
Strong in analytical and logical thinking, as well as numerical analytics.
Proficient in project management skills.
Proficient in workflow process chart construction.
Proficient in the creation of reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Strong in communication.
Proactiveness.
Courtesy.
1-3 years of working experience supervising teams.
