Job Descriptions

•Collect daily, weekly, or monthly attendances and timesheets. •Calculate bonuses evaluation and allowances. •Maintain accuracy of HRIS database system. •Update for manpower movement such as transfer, shift change, etc. •Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software. •Schedule bank payments pay slip directly to employees. •Distribute payment statements. •Report on payroll expenses. •Payroll reconciliation report. •Other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business administration, Human resources management or related fields
Proficient with Microsoft office and able to learn HR program
Ability to handle confidential information.
Having accountability, accuracy and a hard-working trait.
Good team player and able to work very well under high pressure.
Good communication in English.
