Job Descriptions
1.Conduct routine laboratory testing for raw materials, in-process material, finished product and stability samples in accordance with approved analytical methods.
2.Provide leadership for operation of the analytical instruments in the lab, including SEM/EDX, ICP-MS, FITR, NVR, APC, IC, LPC and FTIR.
3.Provide guidance, mentoring, feedback and leadership to lab staffs.
4.Review (including Lab final data review) from other analysts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assembles Lab testing/data packets for review included FM samples from customers and sales team.
5.Lead troubleshooting activities for customer issues which concerned laboratory.
6.Support technical report writing when customer return product for investigation (cleanliness issues).
7.Oversee maintenance and calibration activities for laboratory equipment. Troubleshoot and repair instruments as necessary.
8.May participate in the transfer of analytical methods from external sites to Cody Laboratories.
9.May be assigned responsibility for monitoring routine laboratory activities to ensure quality, efficiency and compliance such as performing log book and notebook verifications, ensuring samples are tested in a timely manner, assisting in coordination of workflow, priorities etc.
10.Improve/develop/author test methods and laboratory procedures. Ensures procedures are in compliance with
applicable regulatory and company standards.
11.Collaborate with US team to update product specifications, document and product information in website.
Qualifications
- Male or Female, age 24 -35 years.
- Master's degree with a science/chemistry or related fields
- +3 years' experience in Microbiology laboratory or sterile processing experience required or substitute one year if graduate from an accredited sterile processing program.
- Computer literrate (Word & Excel) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, adility to work well under pressure, manage, prioritize multiple disciplines and attend to details.
