Job Descriptions
- จัดเตรียมและติดตั้งระบบซอฟแวร์, ฮาร์ดแวร์ที่จำเป็นเพื่อใช้ในระบบโซลูชั่น Smartscore
- อบรมการใช้งานระบบให้กับบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ให้ความช่วยเหลือ ประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องอย่างใกล้ชิด และแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- ดูแลข้อมูลลูกค้าและรักษาทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของบริษัท
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and install necessary software and hardware systems for use in the Smartscore system solution.
- Provide training on system usage to relevant personnel.
- Assist and closely coordinate with stakeholders, and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage customer data and maintain company intellectual property.

- มีประสบการณ์การใช้งาน ติดตั้ง ฮาร์ดแวร์ในอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาเกาหลีได้
- มีความรู้และมีประสบการณ์ด้านอุสาหกรรมกอล์ฟในระดับ Global
Candidates with following qualifications will be having special consideration.
- Experience in hardware setup and usage in various fields and various industries.
- Korean language proficiency.
- Knowledge and experience in the global golf industry.
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง / ยินดีพิจารณาผู้ที่เพิ่งสำเร็จการศึกษา
- บริหารจัดการงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ทันเวลาอย่างเหมาะสม
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- ความสามารถทางภาษาที่คล่องแคล่วทั้งภาษาอังกฤษ และภาษาไทย (สามารถสื่อสารภาษาเกาหลีได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถทำงานนอกสถานที่ และต่างจังหวัดได้
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจในอุตสาหกรรมกอล์ฟ
- ติดตามงาน และจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้ดี
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Ability to manage tasks assigned in a timely manner.
- Teamwork skills, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both English and fluency in Thai languages (Korean language proficiency is a plus).
- Available to go on business trips in different provinces.
- Basic knowledge of the golf industry.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
- Thai people only.
