หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1.ดูแลงานเอกสารของธุรการให้เรียบร้อย
2.บันทึกรหัสและใบหน้าพนักงาน ลงเครื่องสแกน
3.ดูแลรักษาเครื่องสแกน ให้พร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา
4.ดึงเวลาเข้างาน-ออกงานจากเครื่องสแกน ส่งสำนักงานใหญ่
5.ดูแลเรื่องการลางาน ขาดงาน และมาสายของพนักงาน
6.ทำค่าแรงพนักงานรายวัน ส่งสำนักงานใหญ่
7.เบิกจ่ายวัสดุ-อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และเสื้อฟอร์มให้พนักงาน
8.ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของเอกสารคนงานต่างด้าว
9.ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของออฟฟิศไซท์งาน
10.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายหน้างาน
Qualifications
- เพศ : ไม่ระบุ
- อายุ(ปี) : 23 - 40
- ระดับการศึกษา : ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 1 - 10 ปีขึ้นไป
- อื่นๆ : ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่,ยินดีรับผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์
