Job Descriptions
- เป็นผู้ประสานงานระหว่างบริษัทและลูกค้าตามแผนการตลาดและการขาย
- เป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทเพื่อรองรับความต้องการของลูกค้า (คุณภาพ,การส่งมอบ,ต้นทุนและโครงการใหม่)
- วางแผนและแก้ไขปัญหาหรือข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
- สรุปความต้องการของลูกค้าเพื่อหารือกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานสามารถรองรับความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าได้
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญาตรีขึ้นไป
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้
- มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี มีทักษะในสื่อสารและการนำเสนอ
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
