- ประสานงานเรื่องรถกับลูกค้าตลอดจนส่งงานแล้วเสร็จ (มีการประสานงานนอกเวลาทำงาน) - ติดตามพนักงานขับรถทาง GPS จำนวน 70คัน - ทำการแจ้งข้อมูลต่างๆของงานให้พนักงานขับรถรับทราบ - สรุปข้อมูลการจองคิวรถและข้อมูลการออกใบงานให้รถ - คีย์เอกสารออกใบงานให้รถ - ดึง report จากระบบส่งรายงาน - วางบิล ปิดชุดบิลค่าใช้จ่าย - คีย์ค่าใช้จ่ายลงระบบตามใบเสร็จที่พนักงานขับรถนำบิลมาส่ง - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ***วันทำงาน วันจันทร์-วันเสาร์ 8:30-18:00น. ***ที่ตั้งบริษัท (ใกล้กับฮาร์ดแวร์เฮาส์ ศรีราชา) 99/66 หมู่ที่ 10 หนองยายบู่-ท่อน้ำ ซอย 6 ตำบลหนองขาม อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี 20230
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และมีความเป็นกลางในการปฏิบัติงาน
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบครอบ ทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ คล่องแคล่วในการทำงาน
  5. สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Microsoft office เช่น Word Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี ขยัน อดทน ซื่อสัตย์
  7. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเกี่ยวกับงานโลจิสติกส์ งานจัดรถ อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไปจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. มีความรู้และเข้าใจเรื่องเอกสาร นำเข้าส่งออก จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. ***สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ ได้
