Job Summary:
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of industrial equipment, machinery, and facilities. This role involves planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and implementing improvements to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults.
-Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
2. Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
-Develop and implement maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime.
-Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.
3. Reliability & Continuous Improvement
-Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
-Recommend upgrades or modifications to existing machinery and systems.
-Implement predictive maintenance techniques (thermography, oil analysis, etc.).
4. Safety & Compliance
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations ( ISO, etc.).
-Conduct risk assessments and adhere to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
-Maintain compliance with environmental and industry standards.
5. Inventory & Spare Parts Management
-Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability.
-Work with procurement to source high-quality replacement parts.
-Optimize inventory levels to reduce costs while ensuring minimal downtime.
6. Team Collaboration & Training
-Provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians and operators.
-Assist in training staff on new equipment and maintenance procedures.
-Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve process
Qualifications
- ชาย , อายุ 28 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาเครื่องกล / สาขาไฟฟ้า
- มีประสบการณ์ 2-5 ปี ในงานบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมเคมี
- มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม (ก.ว.) สาขาเครื่องกล / สาขาไฟฟ้า
- มีสุขภาพแข็งแรง ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และไม่มีสภาวะตาบอดสี
